Dental And Medical Practice Expertise
We understand how to help your practice grow. We are experts in the medical consulting field and have specialized knowledge to help you with your dental or orthodontic practice. We also teach verbal communication skills to ensure smooth team and patient communication in person as well as over the phone. Our owner, Sarah Ruff Gibson, has a wealth of experience and expertise in the dental and orthodontic spaces.
In-Person & Virtual Employee Training
In addition to medical practice consulting, we will train your team in the way that works best for you and your practice. This includes clinical training such as radiology in preparation for the DANB RHS exam, assistant and OSHA training (including for the CDA/COA, and individual exam prep for the infection control exam (ICE)). We are proud to be one of the only practices in New England to offer OSHA training and infection control training. For your convenience, we even offer virtual training. Meet Sarah Ruff Gibson
Meet Sarah Ruff Gibson, MBA, COA, CDA, owner of Sarah Ruff Gibson Training & Consulting. A native of Central Maine, Sarah attended Sweet Briar College in Virginia, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. She earned her MBS with a concentration in marketing from the Wharton-AAO Mastering the Business of Orthodontics Program and went on to graduate summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University’s MBA program.
A certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant (COA), Sarah worked for fifteen years as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for several locations of an orthodontic practice, the Head Dental Assistant for a busy cosmetic practice in Massachusetts and the Head Assistant for a periodontist. She also has experience working for an oral surgeon. Additionally, Sarah has maintained her radiology license for over 20 years.
